These Terms govern your purchase and use of CAMEKOS, software made by Arragen. By buying or using CAMEKOS you agree to these Terms.
CAMEKOS is licensed, not sold. A purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to install and use CAMEKOS, with activation on up to 2 machines per license. You may move a seat to a new machine. You may not resell, redistribute, rent or reverse-engineer the software.
Orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who is the seller of record and handles billing and applicable taxes. After a successful purchase you receive a license key and a download link.
Your license includes 1 year of updates and email support. After that period the software keeps working; continued updates may require a renewal.
Because CAMEKOS is downloadable software delivered with an instant license key, refunds are handled case by case in line with our payment partner’s policy. If something isn’t working, contact us at isguender@gmail.com and we’ll help.
CAMEKOS generates CNC programs and G-code. You are responsible for verifying every program before running it on a machine. Always simulate, check tooling, work offsets and machine limits. We are not responsible for damage, injury or loss resulting from machining.
CAMEKOS is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that output is error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to CAMEKOS is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules.
